How do I reserve the date?
A 1/3rd retainer will book and guarantee the date and we'll email you a Contract. Simply sign and return with the retainer.
Can we meet you?
Of course - send us an email to arrange a time to meet either in person or via Video-Chat, if you prefer.
We have a studio in the Flatiron / Chelsea area of Manhattan, at 48 West 21st Street, NewYork, NY 10010 which is between 5th & 6th Avenues and close to all major subways and transportation lines. We also have a location in Nyack, NY in the Lower Hudson Valley (20 minutes North of the GWB) where we're happy to meet too.
We're having a Destination Wedding - do you travel?
Yes - we love Destination Weddings and a good percentage of all our work is outside of Manhattan. We have shot everywhere from Sweden to St. Barths and Marthas Vineyard to Maui and regularly travel for clients events through the US and internationally.

Are you guys always the photographers?
Kellie and Rupert are the Principal Photographers at 4Eyes Photography and they shoot as a team. If you book them, their name will be on the Contract and it will always be them in person. If you book one of our Associate photographers then it will always be the person you reserve.
Do you have Insurance?
Yes we carry full liability and equipment insurance and our insurance company can provide certificates, as needed.
Do you have back up equipment?
Yes, we always travel with at least five cameras between us and a large array of different lenses (all Canon) plus indoor and outdoor lighting equipment.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We always have studio lighting with us, which means we’re prepared for pretty much any situation that Mother Nature might throw at us. Natural light is always best, but we can ( and have) shot injust about any environment.
What happens if one of you get sick?
There’s never been an occasion in 14 plus years of shooting where we were too sick to attend an event (touch wood!) In the unlikely event that happens, we have Associate Photographers that are part of our studio that would step in or we’d reach out to the community of shooters we know and trust from years in the business, and find a suitable replacement.
Do you offer albums?
We actually have four companies that we recommend and use regularly for album production. They offer a wide variety of high-quality albums with choice of size, style, cover, paper and inks and we have various samples at our studio. We also have our own in-house designer that will custom create a unique design and layout for your approval.
Do you offer Photo Booths?
Yes, we offer our own Open-Style Photo Booth – a Mini-Photo Studio set-up. It’s really popular at the Reception and our rates include a dedicated photographer, lights, choice of background, plus instant high quality prints on site (for guests) and all images on an online gallery & DVD (for you).
What does typical coverage include?
A typical base coverage would include Kellie & Rupert shooting as a team for 8 hours, an online favorites slideshow and every-image color-corrected and print-ready on a private online viewing and ordering gallery and as full-resolution, post-produced, print-ready un-watermarked images, delivered to you on DVD, flashdrive or as a download.
We can custom-create packages to include longer or shorter Coverage, Engagement shoots, Rehearsal Dinners, After-wedding shoots, Prints of all sizes plus we also offer Mini-Photo Studios for the Reception with instant high quality printing.

What is your production process?
We process all our shoots in the order we shot them. As we shoot in RAW format, we download every image, edit and then work on very single photograph, adjusting clarity, color-correcting and optimizing the image. That can take 12 - 20 hours plus per wedding. Once we're satisfied with the quality we output to high resolution un-watermarked user-friendly JPEGS.
When will I receive my photos?
Post production typically takes 8 - 10 weeks, sometimes sooner, depending on the time of year and the size of the event.
The first thing you'll receive is an online favorites slideshow featuring a sneak peak of around a hundred images from the day, to share with friends and family. Next you'll get a password and link to your own online gallery where you can view every image from your event. You'll also be able to share the gallery, make any private or public, download files, share on social media and order prints or enlargements.
