Kellie from 4 Eyes Photography recently returned from a fabulous stay at The Shangri-La Vancouver Hotel, in British Columbia, Canada.

It took about an hour to fly from downtown Vancouver to the renowned Okanagan Valley, home to the picturesque Phantom Valley and The Shangri-La Vancouver Hotel, in British Columbia, Canada.  in the mountains of British Columbia !

We were treated to an  introduction on how traditional wine-making methods combined with modern technology have created truly exceptional wines, followed, of course, by wine tasting and food pairings, before exploring the winery.
